We craft a detailed flyer with the photo day schedule to share with your teams, explaining the process to ensure everyone is on the same page. If preferred, we can also communicate directly with teams on your behalf.

On photo day, athletes arrive at their scheduled times and strike a pose against our green screen backdrop. After a few different poses, they’re free to go—no long waits required. We’ll later create a stunning composite team photo.
